Daniel Spiller is a singer/songwriter, guitarist and record producer specialising in the genres of Folk, Country and Americana. 

 

Last year Daniel travelled to Nashville, Tennessee, with film director Wayne Scott, to produce two music videos for his debut single, Wild out now and its follow up Union Town. 

These songs are featured alongside Scott’s stunning footage across Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, Union Town and the Smoky Mountains.

In the last couple of weeks Wild has aired on Country Hits Radio show, The Front Porch, hosted by Baylen Leonard, BBC Radio Ulster, The Late Show as well as the Podcast Nashville Daily, online magazine - Music Crowns and Tamworth Radio.

Daniel co-produced and wrote Chiraq, released as a single in August 2018, by major US rapper/artist 'Chief Keef' the song has had streams of over 4 million.

Daniel has performed at the Country to Country music festival at the O2 arena and has also recorded an 'Under The Apple Tree' session for Whisperingbobtv. Daniel’s records have also been played on Chris Country Radio, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 4, Talk Radio and Radio 1.

He is currently working with Jude Johnstone, songwriter for Stevie Nicks who also wrote the grammy winning title track to the album “Unchained” by Johnny Cash.

Daniel has busked across Europe including Rome, Granada, Barcelona, Nice, Cannes and Ferrara. He regularly busks in London, Cambridge and Windsor and plays weekly shows on the river Thames cruise boats. 

Daniel has also worked as a comedy jingle writer for radio DJ’s Chris Moyles and Chris Evans.
